Errors may occur where some pilgrims in Ihram Hajj enjoyment
A ihram is obligatory for the Hajj of enjoyment from any
place from the old Makkah. Therefore, the pilgrim must move from his dwelling
in al-Aziziyah district to some old quarters for the purpose of ihraam for
Hajj. It is said that ihraam may be performed in any place in Makkah, including
the newly created neighborhoods except for those located outside the Haram on
the side of the al-Tanim Mosque. The Hajj may be the result of going to the Old
Mecca in some legal prohibitions, such as riding the car of the mosque after it
is haraam and it is not permissible for many scholars even in Makkah.
B - Some deprive the pilgrim to enjoy the morning of the day
of Arafa from the Grand Mosque where the crowds hides around the Kaaba,
considering this opportunity for him to perform tawaaf Ishtababi. He will go
after Ihram to go. This is not permissible on the grounds. Rather, he has to go
first, then he is haraam for Hajj. But if a sin is committed after ihraam, then
it is mustahabb to renew the prayer, and in the matter of details, it is
recited in the practical messages, according to tradition.
Some may forget to come to pray when the intention of ihraam
is held for Hajj and only remembers after reaching Arafat and he is satisfied
with the performance of the prayer in it. This is a mistake because he must
return to Mecca with him to return to deprive them. But it is permissible to do
takbeer in Arafat for those who cannot return to Mecca for lack of time or for
another excuse.
Stand up in Arafat
If he did not prepare for the haraam to go to Mina on the
night of the ninth of Dhu al-Hijjah, and prepare him to go to Arafat to spend
the night of Arafa or if he decided to stay in Mecca tonight. It is worth
mentioning that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) recited
a prostrating prostration, even if on the ninth day of Dhu'l-Hijjah, the
pilgrims who did not sit in Arafat's land, 21 km from Mecca,
The jurists are meant to stand in Arafat (attendance) with
no difference between being present, walking, standing, sitting, or moving. It
is necessary to stand at Arafat starting from the beginning of the afternoon
(noon) and to the sunset with the kinship and sincerity. Thus: I stand at
Arafat from the end of this day to the sunset for the pilgrimage of enjoyment
close to God. It is forbidden to pray from Arafat before the sun sets (even
when the sun rises, even when the disc is sure to fall)
